IBXarts
In 2008, Tyrell County sculptor Tom Kilian created the IBXarts.org Web site to support and highlight the work of artists living in the Inner Banks—the region east of North Carolina's Interstate 95 and west of the Outer Banks. IBXarts.org includes links to nearly 100 artists in 22 Eastern North Carolina counties as well as links to artist operated galleries, local arts council galleries and Inner Banks art schools. The Web site features selected artists, reviews their work and will serve as host to the IBXarts Fest in May 2010.
